Hobbit playhouse

A doorway into another world, these dens are the most engaging and magical of play spaces. Children are intrigued and drawn into the hexagonal structure.

Storytelling Circles

Set the scene for fairy tales with our beautiful handmade storytelling circles. Our lovingly made storytelling thrones are handcrafted from Oak and Elm, and provide a grand base for the teacher to create an atmosphere of magic and make believe.

Jay certainly created magic at our school!  From a crazy idea: an indoor woodland reading area encapsulating the fairy-tale wonder found in The Enchanted Wood and The Hobbit, Jay transferred this dream (and it was no more than that!) to reality. I couldn’t have been more delighted with the finished result.  Not only is Jay an outstanding craftsperson, but he also has a fantastic vision to be able to bring our ideas into the physical world. Jay was very accommodating and planned his work to meet the school’s requirements. Without hesitation, I would recommend Jay’s company, Wonderful Woods. It was simply a pleasure working with him.
